ABOUT ME

I am an actor, a mover, a yoga teacher. ​

But most of all I am and always will be a student of my own body and mind.

My
Story

Acting was my first love, and through theatre training, I began to understand the importance of controlling my physical presence on stage. I joined a theatre-dance company, training alongside professional dancers, which helped me strengthen and mobilize my body, though I I was still only scratching the surface, copying what others were doing and not being able to understand why I could do certain things and not others. .

In 2013, while traveling in India, I discovered yoga and quickly became obsessed. I practiced daily, especially enjoying Iyengar classes that focused on the precise alignment of bones and muscles in each asana. My first teacher training in Barcelona deepened my understanding of individual anatomical differences, opening new perspectives.

It wasn’t until I joined a movement school in 2020 that I truly grasped the importance of the practice. I trained intensely, focusing on strength, mobility, coordination, acrobatics and martial arts, spending hours each day challenging my nervous system with varied drills and repetitive exercises. The results were transformative—not only did I develop a stronger, more flexible body, but my nervous system became more adaptable and quick to learn.

The method I integrated into my training is applicable to anything you'd like to master. I applied it to yoga, both as a practitioner and teacher, shifting my focus to "practicing to learn how to learn."

Mission

To offer guidance to yoga practitioners who want to deepen their practice and self awareness. Those who want to go beyond asanas and alignment and use yoga as a practice to understand their body as well as the conscious and unconscious processes of the mind.

Values

Honesty, humility, discipline, and self-care.  
I don't pretend to know more than I do.
If I'm unsure, I admit it and learn. I’m not an inventor but a student, sharing my understanding from years of studies. I believe that discipline and self-care must go hand in hand—too much of one leads to burnout or laziness. It’s crucial to stay honest with yourself and keep both in balance.
