This one-on-one coaching service is thought for those who are seeking guidance in deepening their personal practice and reach specific goals.

It is a highly personalized experience and you will have my full attention. 
I only work with a few students per month to make sure of that.

I will design the perfect practice for you, based on your needs and goals and I will follow your progress providing detailed feedback throughout the whole process.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Initial evaluation:

Once you decide to commit to this journey, I will send you a questionnaire to get to know a little about you, your practice habits, experience, availability and what you would like to work on. Received your questionnaire we will arrange for a video call to meet each other and discuss the details of the practice.

  • Tailor made program:

I will send you your personal program with detailed descriptions and videos for you to start practicing! If you have any doubt you can text me and I’ll make sure everything is clear before you get on with it.

  • Weekly feedback:

I will ask you to send me videos of yourself going through the routine I sent you at the end of each week so that I can give you detailed feedback and adjust the program according to your development.

WHAT CAN WE WORK ON? 

My view of the practice involves the totality of the human capabilities.
I do not believe in a division between body, mind and emotions; it is all part of the same beautiful
picture, netted together by our nervous system.
Through a structured and personalized practice we can work on:

Mobility

Exploring the ability of a joint to move through its full range of motion efficiently and with control.

Mindful strength

Strengthening the body is essential to achieve specific skills and to prevent injuries. Training
strength with a mindful approach greatly enhances your ability of understanding your own body and
ensures that the correct muscles are engaged during each exercise.

Physical Awareness

Challenging your nervous system by introducing in your physical practice movements that require
heightened awareness of body positioning, balance, and coordination, you will train your ability to
perceive the position, movement, and orientation of your body and limbs in space, even without
looking. This is your propioception, often called the "sixth sense" because it gives you an awareness
of your body in relation to the environment.

Alignment and Biomechanics

Achieving optimal alignment in the practice of Asanas through the understanding of biomechanics.

Skills

We’ll work on breaking down the skill you want to learn and focus on a progressive training with
constant assessments and adaptation.

Somatic Work

Somatic work refers to body-centered therapies or practices that involve awareness of bodily
sensations and can be used to train interoception.
Interoception helps you recognize and understand your emotional states, It contributes to
understanding what your body need and enhances mindfulness and the ability to live in the present
moment by attuning you to subtle bodily sensations.

Energetic Practices

Balancing your energy flow through breathwork, energetic locks and mudras and learning to tap atwill into the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic nervous system

Focus and Meditation

Controlling the impact of our senses, training your ability to focus and entering meditative state

What you should know?

You have to do the work.
I am not going to try and sell you some miraculous formula that will allow you to achieve what you
want in a week. I am applying years of studies and personal practice to guide you in your journey
and give you a clear direction but if you don’t put the work into it you will just be looking at the
map from the comfort of your couch and never leave home to reach your destination.
Before you apply for my online yoga coaching make sure you are willing to commit and practice!
Unfortunately I cannot do that for you :)

So, what’s the commitment?

I will design for you a weekly practice around your availability in terms of time, space and material.
You can decide if you want to practice 3 or 7 times per week and if you prefer to have one long morning session or two shorter sessions a day.
The minimum commitment required for this training program is 5 weeks however, to begin, I would recommend opting for the 15 weeks package for the best experience and results.
